Archon App: Cloud Video Setup Guide

This guide will go through how Cloud Video Storage works in the Archon App and how to set it up. We've spent the last few months working on Cloud Video solutions and how it'll work in the Archon App.

You should be able to see the Storage options in the Upload tab in the Archon App Video. These link to the Archon Video & Warcraft Recorder Patreon options.
Any member in your guild can contribute to the allowed Storage Allocation for your guild with their own subscription.
While we work on feature parity between the Archon App and Warcraft Recorder, your subscription can be used with both applications simultaneously and independently. This won't last forever though!
Setting Up
If you're already a Warcraft Recorder supporter, or have now subscribed, you can allocate storage to your guild(s) under 'Upload' in the Video tab of the Archon App.
After Storage is allocated to your guild, you need to set an Upload Rule to automatically upload your videos. This will only apply to future videos. Your fellow guild members will also be able to navigate to this Upload tab and set an upload rule for the guild.
Make sure to set this to the guild you've allocated storage to.
Using Cloud Video
The main features of Cloud Video are the ability to browse multiple videos in your encounters and to view them in your browser. You'll be able to see which encounters have extra PoVs in the Browse tab, or easily while navigating through the video.

You can see a little icon next to the players with their videos synced to the encounter while playing videos.
You can also use the dropdown to swap between videos.
Browse Tab
The encounters with extra videos can also be seen on the browse tab, and you can click into the Video Manager to see where they're stored.
In the Video Manager, you can see where the videos are stored.
And you can also favorite videos, which prevents them from getting automatically deleted if your Storage Allocation is reduced.
Videos on Logs
If there's a video attached to a log, you'll be able to see the new 'Video' tab on the log report. This is currently only viewable to guild members, though more visibility settings are coming soon.
Clicking the Video tab lets you browse the videos like you would in the Archon App. This view can be maximized on the right and fully customized.
