Sprouts of the Luminous Bloom is the Druid tier set in Pre-Patch. These are its effects:

2 Set Bonus

Shooting Stars deal 50% more damage and generate 3 additional Astral Power outside Eclipse.

4 Set Bonus

Starfall and Starsurge damage increased by 5% and casting them has a 40% chance to strike an affected target with an exploding Shooting Star that also deals 51 Astral damage to all nearby enemies.
