Wipefest support for Manaforge has been live since the raid released, and is already helping guilds everywhere analyze the boss mechanics in their pulls and work out how they can improve their performance and continue progressing.

Let's dig into some examples of what mechanics Wipefest can automatically analyze for you in Manaforge! Make sure to check every boss for your needs, as below are just some examples of the analysis Wipefest provides for your raid.

Ready Check

Some insights are available regardless of which boss you're looking at, including checks on potions, healthstones, flasks, food, enchants, gems, and deaths. For example, the ready check insight can give you a quick overview of everyone's gear:

Sometimes it's easy to check if a mechanic was handled poorly simply by checking damage taken. However, in a lot of cases that isn't nuanced enough to draw a conclusion. For example,

requires players to move out of the raid to place the mines in good locations. Overlapping with someone when the mine is placed causes unnecessary damage. It can be hard to determine who was out of position just by looking at raw log events, so Wipefest provides a map view for each set of mines to make this analysis easier:

Other times it can be hard to analyze a mechanic because the spell description isn't helpful enough. For example,

is very dangerous as it stuns the target for 10 seconds, but if you see that in your log you might not understand how it happens. Wipefest aims to explain the mechanics as it analzyes them, also including video and guide snippets from Mythic Trap.

Wipefest also provides a raid percentile score for most insights. This lets you know how well your raid has performed compared to successful kills. For example, the 0 in the top-left of the below screenshot indicates that the raid performed worse on this mechanic than 100% of successful kills (in the sample). This is a strong indicator that this mechanic likely caused the wipe and should be fixed in the next pull.

During the first intermission in The Soul Hunters, players must soak Stellar Fragments from

. In heroic, this debuffs players with
, so players should be careful not to soak too many at once. Wipefest builds a table for you to see how many people are soaking at a time, including any subsequent soaks they might do once they've let their stacks drop off.

Another type of mechanic that Wipefest can help summarize for you is "soak" mechanics. On Nexus-King Salhadaar, players must soak

. Two groups need to alternate soaking, and each player needs to make sure they soak at least 3 times to remove all of their
stacks. Wipefest gives you information about overall soaks as well as which players were in or not in each individual soak.

Wipefest also gives you summaries for interrupt mechanics. During the intermission, players must interrupt

to avoid it one-shotting people. Wipefest tracks who is interrupting, as well as whether any interrupts were missed.

During the final phase of Dimensius, players must make sure they are far away when Dimensius destroys stars and turns them into black holes. Being further away reduces the damage from

, which can be deadly. Wipefest tracks the average damage that players take from these explosions.

This is just a taste of some of the mechanical analysis that Wipefest has to offer, alongside other features such as player scores, event timelines, guides, and multi-pull analysis.
